This unique ministry reaches out to children, adults, and our Troops, who are in need of encouragement through a tangible gift of a handmade sock monkey that will bring comfort in a difficult time in their lives.

By providing this gift, it is our hope and prayer that they will feel empowering love.

Institutional quarters
Shelters

Providing stuffed Sock Monkeys to our Military Troops. It is our hope that these stuffed animals will bring encouragement that they are not being forgotten.

Currently, we send a sock monkey with an American Flag embroidered on its chest to the family with a card. This act of compassion is an outreach ministry to those military family suffering grief.

History:

Started as a mission outreach project for our 1st and 2nd grade Sunday School classes. We felt it was important to foster our children with the knowledge of having a servant's heart. Since the beginning, we have acquired a community of volunteers that expands to several different states.

Mission Statement:

Through a community of volunteers, we share a passion to offer love through a simple act of agape, inspiring hope in the lives of orphaned children, cancer patients, AIDS patients, military personnel (Soldiers), homeless families, and those in need of encouragement. This handmade gift is altruistically assembled by our volunteers to fulfill our vision to reach a life, one gift at a time.

Ministry Goal:

To reach an individual in every state and to broaden to World Countries; to touch a life with hope and encouragement, remembering our service men and women, and reaching out to those with illness or disabilities.

Currently our ministry has reached 36 states, 16 different international countries, and touched over 7500 individuals with a handmade sock monkey.

Ministry Needs:

Financial Donations of any amount so we can continue to purchase socks and supplies to these children.

Local individuals that can sew or stuff the sock monkeys.
